Based onsite at our 10 Acre Woodland location in Rathangan is our 45,000-square-foot workshop facility.
The plant has developed over the last 30 years and now boasts a production staff of 25 along with 20 site employees.
In our state of the art plant, our production team of fully qualified welders are able to fabricate jobs from a single beam up to 500 tonnes to a 1,000 tunes plus. All structural steelwork can be held in stock, cut, drilled, welded and painted ready for erection. Our clients can be assured of a quality product and a personal service.
The facility boasts a large range of Peddinghaus, Gietart and Durma machinery combined with a purpose built steel transport and carriage system. Full fabrication including plate machining, shot blasting, painting, purlines and cladding is done in-house.

All on site work is carried out by our in-house steel erection crews in an efficient, timely and safe manner. All site crews are trained to statutory regulations including working at heights, manual handling and use of various small tools and equipment.
To back up our on-site crews we have a fleet of machinery which makes sure that the job is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
